Cash on delivery
We accept cash on delivery for all our Johannesburg orders. If you select this option then please ensure you have the correct change in hand for the driver. We also accept cash on collection from our Johannesburg DC in Strydom Park.
Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)
We accept payment via EFT for all orders. EFT can be made to the account details stipulated on the invoice received via your order confirmation email (check your spam box if you did not receive an email). Please use your invoice number as a reference and send proof of payment to orders@sebsmith.co.za. Please note we will only ship orders once payment has cleared in our account and could take up to 2 days. If you require express delivery then please make use of the Instant EFT function.
Online payment (PayFast)
We accept payment of credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) via the PayFast service – a fast and secure online payments gateway. All credit card information and transactions are processed through PayFast. We do not process or store your credit card information on this website.
