Returns and refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by SebSmith Trading (Pty) Ltd.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days from receipt of delivery/collection. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If an EFT was made, please ensure that your bank details are supplied in order for us to process the payment. Payments will take 5 to 10 business days to be processed.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If the product returned is undamaged and the refund successful, a fee of up to 15% will be levied against the full amount for any and all refunds and returns, whether or not the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Steps on how to return:

  1. Contact our customer support team
  2. Inform us that you would like to return the items purchased
  3. You will need to arrange for the product to be delivered to the following address during business hours: Unit 3, Acacia Industrial Park, 17 Arbeid Avenue, Strydompark, Gauteng, South Africa.
  4. The goods will be inspected at our offices
  5. If the claim is successful we will initiate the refund
