Bagasse, also known as sugarcane pulp, is a fibrous material left behind in the sugarcane harvesting process.

To save our world from deforestation in the production of wood pulp for paper products, it is essential to use any available resource to help towards this. Bagasse is a raw material provided by sugarcane and as such is a valuable renewable resource.

What are the benefits of Bagasse food packaging?
Bagasse food containers are naturally biodegradable, taking around 90 days to decompose as opposed to plastic products which can take up to 400 years to disappear.
